1. 12 riders per team - no more, no less
2. The cost for your selected team must not exceed $75 k (cost per day).
3. Points awarded as per the points table below - same points allocation as previous years
4. Entries will only be accepted prior to the start of the opening time trial
5. Anyone selecting a rider that does not start the race (due to injury, drug test failure etc) will be permitted to exchange that rider for another provided that the new rider has not yet scored any points. No replacements can be made for riders that start the tour and then abandon.
6. Other than the change shown in point 5, no team changes will be permitted once the race has commenced.
