This is the traditional all abilities club ride! approx 90km

7am from the front of Caringbah Hotel, (Corner of the Kingsway and Port Hacking Rd.) The ride then travels into the city, taking in views of Baragaroo, the Harbour Bridge the Opera House and the Rocks. It then snakes through the hills of the most eastern suburbs of Rose Bay, Vaucluse and Bellvue Hill before stopping in at Centennial Park for a recharge and meet up with the A Grade Bunch. From here the group leaves all together and rides back to the shire, splitting at Taren Point for those east or west bound. Usually reaching Taren point road by about 10:30 depending on the headwinds and group present.

There are a few short cuts for those struggling on the hills and also if you'd like to cut out 9km of riding meet Macca at the Ramsgate Shell on the corner of Ramsgate rd and The Grand Parade Ramsgate from 7.15 for a 7.20 tag on to the bunch.

This is a challenging ride but the group will wait at hill tops. Coffee stop about 2.5hours into ride.

You will need to be able to ride varied terrain for 100km and be familiar with bunch riding.
